This species has been recorded mostly from the eastern side of
the county.

Care should be taken, very similar to other species of Glyphipterix.

Wherever the foodplant is found.
Foodplant
Seeds of cock's-foot and tall fescue.
Lifestage data
Eggs laid on the leaf or stem. Larva builds a web at the base of the
leaf, the leaf then folds up on itself. Pupates in a spindle shaped
cocoon spun in, or near the larval web. |
